September 20, 2009: and be The 12th Annual South Bend Indiana Lions Club Bicycle Rides

And Will

Feature Not ONE, Not TWO, But THREE RIDES

A Kid's 2 Mile in Park (No Street or Hwy's), A Bicycle Road Ride, and/or Mountain Bicycle Ride

    START LOCATION - The Rides Will Start and End at St. Patrick's County Park, South Bend, Indiana, for the Kids Ride, the Road Ride, and Mountain Bike Ride. Kids and parents may ride through adjoining Madeline Bertrand County Park, and the other two rides are through St. Joseph County, Indiana and Berrien County, Michigan.

    Registration: 7.30 am - 12.00 p.m. ENTER THE PARK BY 10 A.M. AND THERE WILL BE NO COUNTY PARK FEE.

    Pancake Breakfast - Free to Ride Participants, Starts at 7 a.m.

    Two way Communication.

    ALL 2008 ROAD BIKE ROUTES will be on improved roads. Extensive care has been applied to hand pick routes on tree lined, rolling country areas, and near lakes and rivers in northern Indiana and southern Michigan. THE ROUTES HAVE BEEN PREPARED BY BRUCE GORDON.

    The Road Bike Ride through St. Joseph and Berrien Counties will consist of - 10, 20, 40, and 70 Mile Rides.

    The Mountain Bike Routes will leave from St. Patricks County Park through adjoining Madeline Bertrand County Park to Love Creek County Park near Berrien Center, Michigan and return.

    Good Routes and Roads.

    Raffle and Door Prizes.

    An IBC Funding Ride.
